Except the location everything else was bad.

Liked The location was good. Value for money

Disliked Property very poorly managed. Bed in a room was broken. The toilet kept getting flooded whenever someone showered. Shower handles were broken so just had to leave the shower head hanging. There were stains on sheets. On our second day the digital door pin code was reset. We were not told about this. So my whole family was locked out of our apartment till they sent someone to fix it as it could not be done remotely it seems.

Disliked The owner changed the unit without informing us in advance. The unit we were given is not the same as the one advertised on Booking.com or the one we booked. I made the booking for 6 adults and 4 children based on the listing, which stated that the unit has 3 bedrooms with 5 double beds. However, the replacement unit does not match that description, and some of the sleeping arrangements are mattresses instead of proper beds. As we are travelling with children, we specifically need proper bed frames inside the bedrooms, not a bed placed outside the rooms as provided in the replacement unit. This is not what we booked or expected.
