All good and satisfaction

Liked Good Location hidden and very quiet. We never took breakfast. Very unique hotel and liked the decor

Not given any room at all as there was no electricity in the rooms allocated. Had to leave the premise.

Liked Did not get a room at all because both room given has no electricity power. Very bad experience.

Disliked I didn’t get a room at all. No electricity in the rooms allocated room 14 and room 15. No replacement room given as there was no availability. Had to leave without staying.

Double booking due to faulty app

Disliked No food facilities and not much help from the customer service office. I made a booking via the app payment went through but no room booking due to room not available. App said there will be a refund. Made another booking ended up having two bookings. Tried emailing and no reply. Very disappointed
