Ipoh Manhattan waterpark safari-12pax(projector)

Liked Superb place.. Nice,, clean and really comfortable.. My family really enjoyed.. With price the house is much more than what we expected

It was not a good experience at all. None of us like the stay here.

Liked Only pro is the waterpark

Disliked The unit is dirty, not well kept. Dust and dirt can be seen, sheets looks like it’s not clean as well. The worst is my kid found a rusty large pen knife lying on the living room floor. When confronted with Win Management was told their cleaner overlooked and was supposed to be in kitchen drawer. But why would a rusty pen knife be in the kitchen drawer?? Win Management wanted to reclean the unit but we are not comfortable with people coming in to the unit after we check in hence we requested for a refund for the second night so they can do a reclean, unfortunately it was turned down by Win Management.

Need to improve about cleanliness

Liked Nothing

Disliked 1. The bedsheet not really clean, a bit smelly 2. The tile not clean, oily 3. Have too many restrictions and rules 4. Not clearly stated in the booking that the charge will be different during normal day and weekend

Good stay, can be better

Liked Quite clean and convenient location. Water theme play area for kids. Parking available

Disliked Only one access card n key provided. Rooms lack of proper curtains. Lack of parking if more than 2 vehicles.
