Value-for-money! Ground floor corner unit is a bonus. Comes with 3+1 rooms, good for big families.

Liked Ground floor corner unit, easy to access when bringing aged parents (no need to wait for lift). Largest unit within the condominium and slight facing waterpark/greens, got good privacy. Comes with 2 car lots, ideal for families.

Disliked May need to add grills at both the bathroom windows as normally this will be left open for ventilation, so people may easily sneak in. Also do check on the master room aircond, only intermittent coldness throughout the night eventhough set at lowest temperature.
