Very bad experience. Host is not helping at all

Liked The check in procedure is quite straight forward and easy. The rooms are quite spacious. Aircon very cold.

Disliked The WiFi is not connecting at all. Due to that we need to purchase our own data plan. We did feedback on the very first day regarding the WiFi issue. The host instructed us to restart it. We did it over and over again but no no avail. In the end, the host said "Sorry for the inconvenience". After check out, they claimed that they went to check and found that it was working. I think that they should rectify the issue while we are there and not only tell us it is working after we checked out. We checked out one day earlier as we heard loud banging sound from the kitchen back door at night. It is very obvious it sounded as someone is hitting it. We suspected some intruders trying to barge in. For safety reasons, we left the place one day earlier. When I feedback to the host, the host replied that the sound is caused by natural winds. I find this totally absurd.

Liked Overall, we were happy with our stay, thank you! Loved that there were plenty of beds, pillows and mattresses, each room had its own bathroom, and every room had fan and aircond. The house was spacious and comfortable for our 25 pax.

Disliked Just a small feedback, there is no extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid almost finished, sponge a bit worn out, no tissue or broom, and the room had some dust. Hope this helps 😊

Liked Second time staying within 10days before heading back to Kuala Lumpur. We made a last minute booking and the property management got the accommodation ready swiftly. Great team and great accomodation. Highly recommend
