Ipoh D Festivo Suites 6-10pax 10mins to Sunway Tambun by IWH

Dishonesty at full price

Liked The place provided modern and beautifully design. Got fridge, big trash can, 6pax dining table, 32 inch tv, wifi

Disliked No agent was reaching me till one day prior my booking, im the one who hunt the person in charge for checkin info? Yeah, luckily i able to reached him after being passover from one person to another. The agent did not tell me the pool was under maintenance. We paid for full price thus, we should have the listed facilities and accommodations. To future customer, its a different building with the parking block. So, expect some quite a distance walking and lift exchange if you got some old folks or heavy luggage. Oh, the bathroom provided with soap and shampoo but it was diluted, meh cheapstake~

Couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from the highway

Liked Location is convenient

Disliked Highway too near and noisy; Long drive to car park; swimming pool under repair, wifi could not be accessed as there was no internet connection, no washing machine although enquiry before stay confirmed there is a washing machine.
