Ion Delemon Premier Suites Genting Highlands

It's nice because of nature and cloud nearby

Liked The environment was very nice. The clouds were trying to come inside room. I like that environment and good for the people who loves nature and environment and a peaceful life

Disliked The reception was in car parking area and the key to collect from a car which is parked in a parking area. So many conditions to live in the apartment and no basic requirements are provided.

Thank you for the great service! 😊

Liked The room was beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated the staff’s excellent service. They were friendly, helpful and very responsive. When I requested a room upgrade, the staff acted quickly and assisted me throughout the process.

Disliked A bit surprised by the check-in process as the access card had to be collected from a car, but everything went smoothly.

It’s cheap, can’t complain too much for this price. You get what you paid

Liked Cheap

Disliked Not really clean and too many mirrors in the room it is scary

Liked Cleanliness of the house

Disliked Parking not friendly
