Liked The property has its own gym, and it very close to everything you would need, it’s also nice to have your own space if your backpacking which me and my partner are. The staff also reply to any questions or problems very quickly.

Disliked The property needs a deep clean through out, and maintenance completing to make it back up to scratch to be rented out. The bathroom is dirty and really needs updating, and toilet seat changing. The property also has a damp problem and there was mushrooms growing in the wardrobe, resulting in you having to wash them again during your stay. Some of the kitchen cupboards need maintenance and the cooking equipment needs a refresh. There was also a fan in the living room that’s hanging off of the ceiling. The outside also needs maintenance the door is really difficult to use and gets stuck, the glass panelling to look out also looks like it needs a very good clean.

Liked Location and responsiveness, friendly guards at the gurlard house, easy checkin, very friendly host.

Disliked Apartment was bit old, some of the things were not truly available as per the pictures. Especially washroom was quite old with lot of stains on the tub. Spider web was there to be found under the sink, there were used cigrates on the balcony as well. Cleanliness is truly required.
