Disappointing Stay – Facilities Not as Promised

Liked The location was convenient, and the booking process was easy.

Disliked The experience was disappointing. There was no proper hot water in the bathroom, the swimming pool was unavailable due to renovation, and drinking water was not provided. I paid extra expecting to use the swimming pool, but this was not communicated before booking. These issues caused significant inconvenience and did not meet my expectations.

Liked The location is very convenient, close to the main train station, so it's easy to get from the airport by train. The room was what we expected. The common facilities were clean and well maintained.

Disliked The room had a strong smell of chlorine that remain during the whole stay.

Liked Check in process was seamless. Team was friendly. Fully automated.close to Brickfields and transport.

Disliked Room looked bigger in the picture than the actual. Bed was so bad. Matters need changing urgently. This apartment is okay for 2-3 days stay, not pleasant for long term. Water pressure was terrible, need looking into soon.

Liked Quiet and safe environment, helpful host, good location and attractions or public transport, good value for the price

Disliked Just a basic kitchen with no microwave, no broom and dustpan or mop.
