Disliked Parking, driving up is narrow.

Excellent hospitality!

Liked The unit and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner is very caring, gave clear and helpful instructions, and assisted us relentlessly throughout our stay. The MRT station (Sentul Barat) is just 300m away. A lot of convenient store nearby. Truly a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Disliked Nothing. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was perfect. A very clean, comfortable stay with a caring owner who provided excellent support throughout.

Liked The cleanliness

Disliked I asked the guard three times about the parking fee & procedure, but still my car was clamped with RM100 charge. Please give us clear instructions. I have 5 witnesses in my car regarding this issue. Kindly train your staff to communicate efficiently. Really frustrated with this situation.
