St nomad made this my worst stay in booking.com

Disliked The host are absolutely terrible. the worst stay i’ve had in my life. I thought only one of the host from ST nomad was terrible, but the whole company are messed up. they ruined my KL trip. what they don’t tell you in Booking.com is the extra amount you have to pay for. almost 80sgd. and you can’t collect the keys at the apartment but have to go to a diff location. and if you want to get the key from the apartment you have to pay additional for meet check in. When i extended the room with them for 1 night i was charged almost the same amount i booked for 4 nights in booking.com. I had issues with my bank and need an hour to make the transfer. but the people from ST Nomad constantly called me, spam text me, behaved like a ticking bomb. for late checkout they charged me 160rm. late check out at 1pm. on top of that people from ST nomad were extremely rude. when i asked why is the late check out 160rm it’s expensive. the reply i got was “It’s the same amount i pay for my food” So discriminating. i demanded to speak to someone from the management. but they didn’t reply me and took their time. they also said i have to pay additional late check out fees because i have not returned the key. this company is a scam! the property is totally fine. if anyone wants to book this. make sure you guys book it from different agency. definitely not ST Nomad. they treat human beings like thrash!
