Infini Suites@ The Robertson Bukit Bintang

Liked The unit was very clean and tidy with a spacious interior and nice, cool air conditioning. The house was bigger than expected, which made our stay even more comfortable. Moreover, there was a reception desk, making it easy and convenient to collect the keys. Free car parking was also provided, which was a great bonus. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay! Highly recommended. 😊

Liked Very good apartment with very nice view. Convenient location for city-walks, shopping and food. There are good amenities like the pools, gym or mini-golf terrain. The staff at the counter is very kind.

Disliked Some spots in the bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly.

Convenient but nothing else.

Liked The location is convenient, in the middle of the Bukit Bintang, walking distance to the nearest shopping mall.

Disliked The room was not clean, hair in the sofa lounge which is covered by a filthy fabric. The towels and bed sheets are clean but have been using for a long time shown in grey worn colors. Toilet is smelly, seat cover is also in grayish color. That is very uncomfortable to sit on. There is nothing I could recall or related to“LUXE”Suites.

Liked Proximity to places of interest was good. Large space. Staff attentive on whatsapp.

Disliked Bed was uncomfortable. Not a lot of lounge seating near the pool, none in the North tower swimming area. No Petronas tower view despite request. Rain poured in through closed windows. Photos a little misleading of roof top pool.
