Liked Located at Centre Heart of Penang Island. Easily accessible to hotspot. Friendly & fast responsive host.

Disliked Towels was provided 3 PCs only for 5 pax booking. Aircond need to service or upgrade to bigger HP / BTU. Except the both above, the rest all was superb.

Disliked Walk up stairs, no lift, not suitable if with elderly people. Not enough plates , no mugs, only glass, bowls are very small, location a bit in the back alley, very noisy with traffic, no attached bathroom for all the rooms and can onlly park max 2 cars, if large SUV, can only park 1.

Liked The whole unit was really good and enough for 7 pax.

Disliked But the only thing disappointing was the pic CS. Not replying messages at time. Checkin was 3pm but pic replied msq at 3.21pm waited for longer time and doesn’t provide any towels upon request not even reply my msq. Basically very lack of communication. Very poor CS
