Imperium Residence Kuantan Cityview with Washing Machine

Liked Tuala mandi sila sediakan yg berkualiti.. Tuala nipis tak sesuai

Disliked Sediakan minuman dan paket tea dan kopi sprt hotel lain

Liked There were some shoes and toys inside, and what looked like vomit on the floor, but it wasn't glue used to patch the floor. It was a bit unsettling to go in, but the accommodation was okay.

Highly recommended.

Liked Clealiness, easy to check in, value for money

Disliked So frustated with the condition of the unit. It supposed to be 2 nights, but end up I get off the unit early on the next day early at 10am, and get the other hotel. The condition: 1. The floor is oily when i step in yesterday 2. The toilet bowl broken 3. The toilet door cannot lock 4. The pillow cover dirty 5. Got cockcroach at the kitchen area 6. Cannot watch TV 7. Cannot access to Unifi/internet The owner of the unit slow in response, and at the end, she agrees to return my money, but only a portion of it. I understand. I paid booking.com RM465+ in total and the owner returned just RM228.20.

Liked very clean, tidy, value for money.. the place very strategic, near with the restaurant, ana ikan bakar..
