Disliked Came on weds after work with a friend. Girls melaka trip. Owner claimed that after 8pm self service because the "guy" worker or what will not be there after working time. Question : how to self service when there is no service meaning no - leave keys - check-in at mail box with PIN numbers hor? Owner saying its not allowed. But most melaka building i stayed countless times do that. SELF CHECK IN. quite jam driving at night deepavali eve. So pretty late,tired and want to sleep. Early morning already ask rm200 deposit. Mahal gila. At 12.30am arrived cannot enter. No keys left. Already taken back the keys by the "guy" cannot reachout the owner ALL went sleep except for us..had to find other hotel, cost rm100 all at 2.30am. Next morning woke up call ok answered immediately all but said wait the guy leave the keys at the box with PIN. Eh hello PIN you should have given us the deposit kau rm200 la banana.. very banana la YOU. Worst NO TV channel at all. Had to tune yourself which never came OUT. WORST NO WIFI NO REDEEMTION AFTER CANNOT SLEEP HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL PAID FULLY. HAIYAAAAAAAAA. WORST EVER SITUATION
