Liked just a few feedback, maybe need to conduct a pest control service to the unit, during our stay got cockroach comeout from under the wardrobe. i try to kill but run away back under the wardrobe and dont have any picture for evidence.

Disliked the agent knew the unit has toilet clogging issues and still proceed to lease out the unit. I have to stay with the shitty problem for 3 nights before they finally change us to another unit.

Disliked The location located above empty mall. The check in process is terrible. They have already put the key to the key box and they made you walk to the office which is locked from the outside. This is absolutely non sense. And toilet is dirty and the showering area is digesting. The water is stagnant in the bathing area. That’s mean the leftover water has been there for some time. This is the worst experience ever I have had in staying at apartment.
