Imperial KLCC Residence

Nice appartment and good location

Amazing

Liked Everything was perfect, staff really helpful and friendly and kind, location is perfect as well. Will definitely book again

Disliked Nothing

Liked Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent view of the city sky scape.

Liked Very disappointed with the service. I am still staying at this hotel, but the staff keeps asking me many times when I will check out. This is very uncomfortable and makes guests feel unwelcome. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay peacefully without being repeatedly questioned about check-out. Poor hospitality and bad customer experience.

Good staycation in city

Liked Clean and comfortable

Disliked Nothing specifically. Parking is expensive

Super comfortable and amazing views of Twin Towers

Liked The reception n hospitality staff were very helpful
