B11-06 poor hygiene

Liked Prompt reply by the team. Easy check in and check out

Disliked My unit B11-06 Poor hygiene despite delayed release of the unit for check-in. The washroom smell was horrendous. Like it's clogged or poor drainage. The floor is sticky. Water stain everywhere Cockroaches seen everywhere The mat at the sink is nasty The aircon in the bedroom leaked in the middle of the night The team didn't acknowledge it initially after giving feedback
