Liked Everything is good, mall is empty as not on weekends.
Disliked This time i rated 7 because on check out day, at 1035am housekeeping staff knocked on the door twice. I open the door slightly and he told me he was ordered to clean up the room and showed me a whatsapp message. I told him i haven't leave yet so i will checkout at 1130am and he can clean up then. He again tell me that he has orders to clean up the room( maybe communication problem he has limited english vocab). I just told him to clean up later when i check out and closed the door. So it was an unpleasant experience this time as i did not request early check out neither have i did online checkout as no email was sent. Please avoid this type of matter from happening again. Thank you.
