Disliked Not many healthy breakfast options, issue in the washroom where it took nearly 2 plus hours to fix and the night prior to the issue, the washroom was flooded overnight.

Disliked lhave never experienced such a level of incompetence from hotel staff. After extending my stay, I was given a new key for the same room, but the key did not work. The receptionist came to assist but repeatedly tried the same key without considering that it might need to be reset. We were left standing outside the room for an unreasonable amount of time until, eventually, another member of staff came up with a new key that actually worked. I was going asked whether I wanted to wait in reception or move to another room. Considering I already had all my belongings in the current room, neither option was particularly reasonable as I watched him try the same key over and over like it might suddenly work. To make matters worse, I noticed that I had been charged more than the amount stated on my booking. Having looked at other reviews online, this appears to be a recurring issue, so I strongly recommend checking your bill carefully. I had to specifically request evidence of the charges, and even when I was provided with an invoice, the staff could not explain why the amounts differed. Liked The staffs at the doors and restaurants were nice enough. Cleaner kept the room clean. I found there were two seperate payments trying to be made on my credit card and contact to the hotel and booking.com and no reply from them. It really stressing me out on my family holiday this double charges attempted. Really unpleasant and quite feeling disgraceful the way this matter dealt with both hotel and booking.com. I spoke to my credit card company and the first payment approved and second attempt is pending but there nothing American Express can do by now. It all depends of if the hotel approved or not approved. Completely ruining my family holiday.
