Liked Outstanding breakfast as you could have the buffet or a selection from the Ala carte menu . The staff were very attentive and friendly - Liza even found out it was my birthday and the staff sang a sound and presented me with a lovely red velvet cake with candle. These little touches make the stay even more special. The view from the restaurant was outstanding and the pool also had this great view.

Liked After three weeks travelling through Malaysia—staying in a serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur and an island resort in the Perhentian Islands—I didn’t expect our city hotel to be a highlight. Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu exceeded all expectations. Service was exceptional from arrival. I had booked two rooms and was upgraded to a connecting suite. We were welcomed with a personalised note and complimentary snacks, a thoughtful touch that made us feel valued. Special mention goes to Matlee Ruslan, Assistant Outlet Manager, who consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, directly opposite Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, making it perfect for shopping, dining and exploring the waterfront. After several days of travel, we appreciated the efficient and reasonably priced laundry service. The rooms were modern, well-furnished, spotless and serviced promptly each day.
