Nice to have this trip to stay here.

Liked Great environment and excellent location. Supermarkets and shopping malls are within walking distance, so everything is very convenient. Parking was provided, and the host was very friendly and responsive in helping to solve any issues.

Disliked everything was good with me. nothing unlike for stay here.

Disliked Check in information were outdated and incomplete. Apartment management has updated to using QR code for apartment entry but instructions provided still mention using access card. The apartment housekeeping was like not completed as Aircon cover was still left opened when we enters apartment. Common bathroom also have drainage issue as water drains very slowly.

Decent unit, but parking is really challenging

Liked Unit was considered clean. Air conditioning in living room and 2 bedrooms worked fine. Water heaters in both toilets worked fine too.

Disliked Parking was a logistical nightmare for us. Not sure if we were just unlucky and host was not equipped to handle the issue. We were issued QR codes (to enter apartment) and allocated a designated parking lot on designated carpark level6. There were 2 problems. Our designated parking lot was taken up by another vehicle and the QR codes did not allow us to enter lift lobby at carpark level 6. In short, we cannot park anywhere (will be wheel clamped). Host did help to msg building mgmt team but mostly not successful in solving issue. Throughout the stay, I felt that we (guests) were the ones left to handle the situation by ourselves. In summary, we managed to obtain a temporary car pass by ourselves for each day, but lots of time incurred in going back and forth between security team and building management team. Suggestion to host. It will be better to inform guest to pay for parking instead. That should reduce such an issue recurring in future.
