Liked Good location to mall, shops and transport routes. Friendly and friendly host. Great if you just need a place to sleep.
Disliked It mentioned a hot tub and mountain views. These were non existent. The bathroom could do with a renovation.

Liked The room is large and comfortable. The host was responsive when help was needed. Staff in the lobby and 1st floor shops were courteous and helpful. Great location in the KL City Center. Kuala Lumpur is a wonderful city, and this is a great spot to enjoy it.

Disliked I booked the room for 9 days, but no one has collected the rubbish. The area was also difficult to walk around. I informed the management to collect the rubbish, and they replied 'yes,' but no action was taken. The key suddenly stopped working, and I was asked to send a photo of the key.
