Great location for transit near Penang Sentral, but let down by poor cleanliness and service.

Liked Proximity to Penang Sentral: Being within walking distance of the main transport hub (ferry, bus, and train) is a major convenience for travelers in Butterworth. Accessibility: Having convenience stores and restaurants nearby makes it a functional spot for a quick layover.

Disliked The staff's service was disappointing and didn't meet basic expectations. Even for a budget hotel, the cleanliness of the room was below standard, making the stay uncomfortable.

It’s smells bad but the ma was very friendly with us but only if we didn’t complain

Liked I’ll give a fair review ,, the room smelt like cigarettes smoke and I mean really badly it was as if the cleaner was chain smoking while mopping the floor. However everything else’s was clean apart from some random brown stains on the wall

Disliked The location of the property is terrible it’s not close to anything. Sorry I don’t mean to complain it’s not the staffs fault it’s not in the best location and they do clearly show the location of the property I guess it’s good if you need to go to Penang for work and 5 mins from the ferry and bus station
