Liked The staff very kind, i left my beg at the counter then she call me to take it back. Very good!
Disliked It's not comfortable, the bed got me itchy when i lay on it, the pillow doesn't look like a pillow, its not clean. I felt this hotel is so spooky, but good thing is they play the ayah Quran there, still can sleep tho.

Disliked The service is very bad. The bathroom situation is also bad. There is no one to take care of the reception area, if an emergency occurs there is no one to contact. Please improve your service.
