Disliked I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing on multiple levels. Despite multiple requests, staff were slow to respond and seemed indifferent to basic guest concerns. I requested to cancel the room, since I wont continue booking their hotel. They did not cancel and difficult to talk to.
