Disliked Did not update customer, could not get inside to check in, no receptionist to open the door. Call the phone number at the door, he only told me that it was fully booked.
Liked I'm from Selangor with my husband, 5 month old baby and 8 year old son, arrived in front of the hotel at 7.30 pm, the receptionist was not at the front desk, I called the number on booking.com they said the hotel rooms were full, and it wasn't their fault, the head office is in charge, not them.. they just said sorry. what do you think?
