Worth with what we paid and got what we need

Liked a hotel that matches the price we paid, when we arrived there was a room informed that our triple room was not available and we were offered 2 additional rooms as a replacement, indeed the price we paid was higher but with the facilities and 24 hrs service we received we were happy.. we got what we needed an electric kettle, good hot water and a comfortable bed, they gave us 2 bottles of drinking water per day for the 3 days we stayed... one of our choices if we return to KL,.. thanks

Disliked Not as clean as expected but we can still tolerate it

Disliked That this property was already taken out of booking platforms but still the payment went through. Also, though the staff helped with the refund, he was a bit sarcastic at first.
