Liked Room service is good and the other staff at reception counter is also polite

Disliked 1. The one old staff in reception counter is not friendly and talk like we stay for free in the hotel. 2. The hotel don't have a lift 3. They only provide 1 towel in the room and if we want extra towel we have to get down by ourselves and ask for it in the reception Counter, imagine you get the room in second floor and the hotel don't have any lift. 4. They didn't provide any kettle in the room or any nearest coway or anything that we can get any hot water to make hot coffee, and if you want any hot water you have to get it again in the reception counter and this is very troublesome 5. They didn't provide any coffee or tea in the room

Disliked ALL the room are smoking room and we didn't have this information before to the arrival. The electric box for the AC was making a big noise !

Disliked they were closed when we arrived, and couldn't check us in. We had to find a room elsewhere at 3 am. To date still no refund
