Liked Staffs are respectfully responsive & accomodating. The location is good. Unlimited breakfast is okay at RM10 from the nearby sister company - the eco hotel. Good food & kind restaurant staff. There's also a nice dining area with a good city view at the hotel rooftop. Security deposit is refunded without hassle.

Disliked The hotel towels no longer looked white, probably needed some changing. The small soap provided was not nice, looks like laundry soap, not advisable to use on your skin.
