Hotel close to hospital
Liked The hotel wil takes only 5 mins to the hospital. Maybe, the hotel management should consider to put mineral water in the room because it should be included with that price. Thanks.

Bad impression towards hotel satff shouting at customer
Liked I was there on 15th of October 2016 and planed stay up to 17th of October 2016. I was shocked because the lady at the counter which is hotel person-in-charge SHOUTED at me for not dropping the room key while going out for food. She in a very rude manner instruct me return the room key and not allowed to switch on the air conditioner while leaving the room. Feeling that the hotel person in charge not respect to the customer at all. The customer pay for the room and it is up to customer how to utilize all the facilities given including switch on the air conditioner to cool up the room before enter. Non of the hotel in Kuching put such rule not allowing customer switch on the air conditioner while not in the room. The cleanness of the room also not in acceptable level with smelly bed sheet and pillow. I leave the hotel immediately after the incident and will not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel.

Good for those who wants to go to General Hospital Kuching
Liked Stay there for two days. Good point 1)just beside hospital 2) cheap 3) with basic amenities 4) large room 5) lift access bad point 1) after 3pm food court below closed 2) not even a mini market of other food stall open. 3) over pricey mini bar at the front desk hotel which one bottle of 1.5l mineral water sells at rm4!! 4) very limited tv channel but, I would still recommend this hotel for those whose relative or friends who stay in hospital you may stay here as is very near to hospital.

Good choice closing to the hospital
Liked The hotel is near by the Sarawak General hospital, just 5min walk. It is quiet place, clean and comfort. However at weekend and evening, there is no food service, I ve to come to hospital canteen to have dinner,..

Value for money?
Liked - WiFi reasonable - TV reception is poor. The TV of the room I checked into did not work, so I was asked to change to another room. Nevertheless only three of the TV channels of the second room were clear enough for viewing. - Toilet flush button was broken and it hurt the thumb when button was depressed
