Hotel Decentraland Kuala Terengganu

Liked Location

Disliked Room too small. Kipas does not work.

Liked Comfortable bed. Location.

Disliked Public parking infront of the hotel is premium zone at rm5 per hour.

Decent enough, shame about the surly front desk guy

Liked Basically clean and functional. As noted, no windows. Great location.

Disliked Staff member told me the wrong room number and I found myself with a King bed rather than Queen (rooms were otherwise identical, including in size). I had booked for two nights and the next day he tried to extract extra money out of me for the second night! Obviously I said no. But what a petty thing to do. The place was pretty miserly when it came to the basics like toilet paper. Towels ageing, rooms basic, etc.

Liked My third stay here, i like it location near to payang n the rooftop area.

Disliked For three pax room no space for us to pray for muslim guest.
