Liked The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel! It is so convenient, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and Jalan Alor. The MRT station is also just a few minutes away, making it very easy to get around Kuala Lumpur
Disliked I had requested a room on the top floor, but unfortunately this was not accommodated. My room was very close to the lift, and I could clearly hear the lift operating throughout the day and night. As I stayed for 3–4 nights, the constant noise made it quite difficult to sleep and affected my overall stay.
