Liked 1.We like the room is very clean and spacious. Comfortable for family. 2.Staff very friendly. 3.Our request to replace the kettle was fullfilled very fast. 4.Overall, we love to stay here.
Disliked 1.Bathroom door no lock. 2.The jug in the room too small. 3.The lift from hotel lobby to basement the button damaged.Difficult ro press.

Liked Location is fantastic
Disliked Security is weak. Lift access is not controlled and limited to guests. No need to scan card to go to any floor. Anyone can come up to your floor.

Liked Good location. Got eateries nearby.
