Liked Good location, opposite of jetty. Easy access to any locations as the bus (RapidPenang) can take easily just outside the jetty. Ample parking.
Disliked Ramp to parking so steep & a bit small. Extra careful for SUVs & MPVs. But, it is normal situation in Penang - they said😁

Liked Clean and location is good.
Disliked TV not working but because we checked in late and went out immediately, did not inform reception.

Disliked The temperature in the room is like a furnace - after 2 hours, it's still at 27 degrees Celsius. Opening the room door to the corridor is not a solution - the corridor is dim and lacks ventilation. Frontdesk staff brought a fan to help cool the room. When booking, Ad on the room type indicated - Landmark view or Sea view. When arrived, I was informed only an upgrade will get me the Sea view. I upgraded and it was a big mistake! Upper floors accessible by elevator - Yes, there is an elevator. But you need to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs. I am with an elderly parent and this is one danger which the hotel never mention.
