Great downtown shared accommodation in Kuala Lumpur

Liked Raki was a gracious, professional and flexible host. He spontaneously provided me with places to visit, dishes to try out, and places to eat while in Kuala Lumpur. I was also able to add more days to my disorganized trip, which was very practical. The unit I was in was a split level apartment on the 36th floor, so even though the room itself was small, the rest of the place felt large and airy and super comfortable. I also enjoyed the kitchen, the laundry room, the indoor parking for the scooter I rented, the 5th floor pool and the prime downtown location 10 min away from the twin towers, a large supermarket and 2 streets filled with local restaurants. He also offered a luggage storing service at a reasonable rate. The other guests were all very quiet and respectful, and I a great experience living downtown at an affordable price. I would absolutely go back !

Disliked I hope that the room type booked by the customer can be compatible with the actual check-in, and then the equipment in the room, such as the drag board, can be replaced and used normally in time; instead of the kind of electric current sound at night.

Disliked The owner of the room is very rude and unfriendly toward tourists. His way of speaking and gestures are extremely unpleasant, He has no respect for people — if you wait for his response, he simply ignores you. He is very strict about check‑in and doesn’t allow anyone to enter the property before 3 PM. I had to wait for five hours for him, and he didn’t even bother to listen. People should avoid this place unless he learns how to behave properly for this business.

Liked Location was good and Riff made everything simple and nice.
