Homesuite' at Jesselton Point Hotel

Liked I'm happy with the room and everything provided.

Disliked I had a lot of luggage with me but the bell boy from Mercure Hotel didn't help out at all and told me I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest. I asked permission to just let me use the luggage trolley so I can manage my luggage to the room but he still refuses to let me use that luggage trolley and said I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest and I can't have that facility. The attitude is so rude and not helpful.

Great Stay for family

Liked the location, walking distance to Jesselton point, Gaya street, restaurants... easy check in (even though at 1 am in the morning) the price of the property - value for money

Disliked perhaps to consider having washing machine/dryer
