General comments
Liked The vicinity to beach and eateries. The place is peacefully quiet. Plenty of parking space. Love that.
Disliked The place needs a bit of housekeeping and cleaning. Mosquitoes due to too many trees maybe. There were cockroaches running around😂. Beds in certain rooms may need replacement. Overall generally okay.
