Disliked I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent booking. The room provided by the property was significantly different from the room I booked through Booking.com. The actual room did not match the photos, description, or conditions stated in my reservation. I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the room: - The room provided was not the room I booked, and the difference was substantial. - The room was not properly cleaned and was in an unacceptable condition. - The bedsheets appeared to have barely been changed and did not look fresh or clean. - The bathroom/toilet was extremely dirty and unhygienic. - There was a significant amount of dust throughout the room. - The actual room and facilities did not meet the conditions advertised on Booking.com. - The overall service provided by the property was also very poor and unsatisfactory. I booked this property based on the information and photos provided on Booking.com, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid for a room based on the booking conditions shown on your platform. I have photos/videos as evidence of the actual condition of the room. I would like Booking.com to investigate this matter with the property and arrange an appropriate refund or compensation. I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution.
