Great breakfast and views from the top
Liked The rooms were extremely clean with a very good breakfast. Good view from the rooftop too.
Disliked The elevators were difficult. Only two working elevators for that many guests made it extremely difficult. Sometimes we were waiting for 20 minutes and people would be extremely rude and push in to get into an elevator. We had to walk down 14 flights of stairs with our backpacks to make sure we got our train on time. I think it would be extremely beneficial if the third elevator was fixed. The hotel staff were helpful, with a very nice doorman. However, I was ignored a couple of times at the reception, and the conversation went to my partner who is male. If I am conversing, then I do not expect to be ignored.

Value for money accommodation!
Liked I had a great view of the KL Tower from my room! The bed was comfortable and the amenities were okay. Great value for money!
Disliked The room facilities were slightly worn and can do with a little touch up of paint. There are only two elevators for the guests and one for the staff in operation. With 25 floors, the lifts do come quite slowly.
