Very BAD cleanliness

Liked VIEW

Disliked I late check in.. but can you imagine when you enter the room , it was Vacant Dirty... dirty towel.. crumble bed sheet.. garbage full of rubbish. So dissapointed !!!

Liked Very friendly and helpful host, May. Convenient for eateries around the property. Beautiful view.. Also a shuttle to take to the main attractions.

Ok ok

Liked Nice set up studio room. Practical with kitchen

Disliked Location and connection to the tower. So far and confused . So much hassle to go out and come in

Liked The view, the ease of check in.

Disliked Cleanliness of the kitchen utensils, bathroom. Bedsheets are also questionable as I had itching.

Liked Basic amenity is reasonable but hair dryer a little unanticipated that it didnt last what we expected.

Disliked Water heater not ready available but need time to heat up.

weather is nice. but that is just it.

Liked weather is nice. staffs are very responsive

Disliked cleanliness.there was a bag of thrash under the sink from previous tenant. most wall plugs can't be used except for the wifi router n 1 plug for phone charging. as for the rest of the plugs, can't be used. so we weren't able to watch tv n so on. even can't boil water for drinking. already called the staffs to fix the issue.they were very responsive. came straight away but still unable to solve the issues. we were hoping they would offer different room in exchange.but nope.nothing.
