High Floor Suasana Suites 5 in JB City with WiFi

Liked The appartement is fine. The pool is nice and opened till 10pm. The available coffee is nice. We only stayed one night

Disliked We had booked for 4 people only received 2 towels. That has happened often with our two kids. But when we didn't have any blankets or sheets for the second bed put out that was frustrating. We had flown in from Singapore and planned a stop in JB. It is important to have the basics available. We had to look for the sheet and blanket ourselves. After a very long journey with 2 kids and for the most expensive room in Malaysia we expect more.

Amazing stay above hai di lao zenith mall jb

Liked Clean, very comfortable, location was good (enter from level 2 of Zenith Mall). Hard comfortable beds. Towels sheets provided.

Disliked None

Liked Love the location, especially as it is convenient to base near CIQ since we do not drive. Love that they had repaired the tap which I had mentioned during my previous stay. Rather well-equipped place overall.

Disliked Only noticed on our third visit that the service yard/living room is adjacent to the stairwell, so we drew the blinds for privacy. We did not check visibility from the stairwell itself. The washing machine was occupied with laundry from a previous stay throughout our visit, so we were unable to use it.

Convenient Stay within the city

Liked The unit was clean. Located at level 20 facing the city. The unit was nicely decorated. They have all the basic utensils for cooking, washing machine, etc. The water pressures is good. Nice comfy bed. Nearby shopping mall. Near to cafes, restaurants. There is one name LEPAK just infront of Suasana. I recommend this place.
