Disliked very dissatisfied with the service.. Twice I booked accommodation, both were problematic.. one application was canceled at the last minute, while it was confirmed right & another application did not exist.. Very disappointed with the service.. Even the compensation was not successfully implemented because the invoice preparation process was very complicated.
Liked Easy to check in, nice view and very near the South Jetty to go Pulau
Disliked Parking is quite expensive but not bad, overnight parking cost RM15

Liked I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and offered a stunning view of Kota Kinabalu city especially during sunset, it was truly breathtaking. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I definitely look forward to staying here again!
Liked it was so nice and beautiful very clean and tidy highly recommended
Disliked i think can add like rice cooker or microwave to reheat food other than that it was great
Liked the instructions was clear, and everything went perfectly smooth on my stay here.
