Hidden Mansion with Private Pool

Liked Amazing value for such a unique stay in Malacca! The location is very convenient for exploring Jonker Street and the river, while the property itself still feels surprisingly private and peaceful. The private pool was definitely a highlight, and the karaoke system and strong air-conditioning made it a great place to relax and have fun after a day out. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the antique-style furniture, utensils and little details around the house. They give the property so much character and make it feel like staying in an old Nyonya home rather than just another accommodation. Overall, a very memorable stay for the price!

Disliked The property can be a little challenging to locate by car. The surrounding streets are quite narrow, and with cars parked along the roadside, driving and navigating to the property can be tricky. Although the facilities are great, some of them could be more user-friendly. The karaoke system and TV took us some time to figure out, so clearer instructions would be helpful for future guests. The rooms were generally very clean, although we noticed a few unusual stains or marks on some of the walls. Nothing that significantly affected our stay, but a little maintenance and touch-up would make the property feel even better.

Unique Homestay

Liked The ground floor where the swimming pool and kitchen is very nice layout. The design is unique I might say. Some of the rooms quite big and spacious.

Disliked Some of the water tab seems loose that can be repair. Perhaps more floor mat especially at the pool side area to prevent trip and fall. Some of the opening areas that mosquito can slip in you may install netting just beside the poolside. I discovered some unwanted materials are stored there that may result in mosquito breeding area. Finally the front door entrance in between the parking lot there's a small drain. For safety reason I would suggest the management could fabricate a drain cover. It's quite difficult to walk in between a car and the wooden fencing especially for children and elderly.

Overall is nice stay and recommended for those come with families.

Liked The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. I appreciate the host’s design sense. What I’m most satisfied with is JBL karaoke. The host also gave us exquisite Nyonya kuih, sedap😜

Disliked There are a little few dustbin (reported to the staff and they provide more dustbin immediately

Liked This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in Malacca! With a beautiful private and indoor pool, karaoke system, and a perfect location, all hotspots are within walking distance in Jonker Street, my family and I had a perfect holiday here. Highly recommended!

Disliked The water filter too advanced and has many functions. But after the staff teaching us, then it is ok for us to use it.

Disliked Bathrooms were strangely designed and some no hot water. Pool was also a bit dirty.
