Hermoso Homestay Kota Bharu

Pro & cons

Liked Near surau. This is more important.

Disliked The water is cloudy. Maybe the owner should put a water filter at the main filter. Coway filter not functioning. It is very hard to open the main door. The door lock seems almost to lose its function.

Good price.

Liked The environment and facilities provided.

Disliked Cleanliness. Need to clean the kitchen more often.

The host needs to put some effort to upkeep his unit to make it more comfortable to stay.

Disliked The house needs some maintenance. The walls need to be painted to make the place look nice. No place to hang or put towel in the toilet. The lockbox outside was too tight and not easy to open to get the keys. I have injured my finger because it was too hard to open the key box. TV was not functioning.
