Disliked Due to the unacceptable cleanliness and health concerns, we believe a partial/full refund should be considered. Not worth paying Singapore dollar prices for this kind of homestay. This stay was not only disappointing but also had a serious impact on our family's health. The entire unit was extremely dusty, with wall materials and debris continuously falling off. No matter how much cleaning we did ourselves, dust would quickly return. During our stay, several family members developed coughing, runny noses, itchy throats, and skin irritation. After returning to Singapore, our baby developed a high fever and persistent cough that lasted for more than three days and required medical attention. The baby's appetite was also significantly reduced. In fact, almost everyone who stayed in the property became unwell and experienced respiratory symptoms to varying degrees. We believe the cleanliness and maintenance standards of this property were far below reasonable expectations and did not match the photos or descriptions provided in the listing. Liked The location was good, relatively near Jonker area. And it was nice having the river view.

Disliked It was dirty, had debris falling all over the place, onto the kitchen top, tv consoles, even bed sheets. Very run down and superbly poor maintained place. One of the L3 bathroom sink was leaking so badly that it couldn’t be used. We reported the leak at the L3 bathroom but it was ignored - nothing done. The whole place looks cluttered with old doors, wooden planks and other items left at the corners of Level 1, which made it looked like the place was still under going renovation. Nicely decorated with nice furniture but it’s not comfortable to live in. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Futon beds are not exactly futon but just thin mattresses and no bedsheets were provided for these very thin mattresses. Even towels were not enough. Very basic amenities given. Not even coffee or tea is provided at the pantry. Stair case railings and floor were so dirty that you cannot be bare foot at all in the house. We asked if we could check in earlier, the host informed that we could only check in earliest at 3.00pm. If any earlier a fee of RM100 per hour will be imposed. One host even informed that the place was cleaned the day before our check in, meaning the place was unoccupied o
