Liked The staffs are all friendly and they have their own washing machine if you want to wash your clothes

Disliked The housekeeping did not clean the rooms daily only upon the guest checkout then they will clean the room

Disliked I had two sleepless nights, can hear all sort of sound from outside and next door, even continuous beeping sound in the middle of the night. Pillow is super flat too… The hallway is very narrow that couldn’t straighten my both arms, wonder it pass the fire safety regulations…..

Disliked I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking experience. I made a reservation through Booking.com for two capsule beds and received a booking confirmation. However, when I arrived at the property to check in, I was informed that there was only one capsule bed available. The staff then asked whether I would like to take the remaining capsule. I was surprised because I had clearly reserved two capsules, and I expected the property to reserve both capsules for my booking before my arrival. If the property could not provide the accommodation that I had booked, I believe I should have been informed in advance instead of finding out only when I arrived. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially as I had already made confirmed travel arrangements based on the reservation. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my confirmed booking for two capsules was not honored and what measures will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
