Good, strategic place, if you don't mind a short walking up the stairs and some cleanliness issue.

Liked Walking distance to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yeh. Short drive to attractions in Kota Bharu. The place is roomy and comfortable.

Disliked Hygiene can be better. Quite a number of ants and gecko droppings were found when checking in. Only one garbage bag was provided, and one small trash basket. Requires walking up one floor.
