Havona Hotel -Permas Jaya -Self Check-In

Liked Pillow covers very smelly, no toilet paper provided, very dirty cups. Bedside Table very dusty. No housekeeping despite informing the front desk, they forgot. Whatsapped the staff but no reply. Please improve.

Liked Water heater was ultra weak. TV was without remote (no shows as well), wifi signal was constantly breaking. Windows gaps are so bad that i almost suffocated from all the incense burning downstairs. Counter staff was friendly and helpful but can't solve those issues
