Disliked Room cleanliness was poor. No tissues were provided in the bathroom. The bidet was also not functioning properly, the water was splashing out instead of working as intended. Basic amenities and maintenance need improvement.

Nice to stay over here

Liked location was very nice at the top on genting. But the view was not too much visible because other buildings were hiding the view. So we can able to see only 25% of the total view

Liked This is my 2nd time choosing this place, different host though. If you are driving, I personally feel that the location is not bad, you just have to drive about 10mins to First World. But of course, if you want conveniency, just book a hotel at the top. We like the environment, it has more stores compared to my last stay. Lastly, the host is very accommodating & responsive, attend to our request very fast and even arrange us to have side by side unit instead of unit at different blocks initially. Thumbs up..

Disliked Ermm, if really have to pick, is that the carpark is at different block of the apartment. Luckily we stayed before, so can easily find our way.

Foggy nice stay

Liked Great stay and very clean and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the fog and view from the balcony and bedroom. Good kitchen and nice dining with crockeries Family games were added for fun! We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Disliked Initially It took time to locate the apartment and parking... but later we got it as we stayed for 2 nights. The commercial center is about 25 minutes drive from this place, but this is not a bad thing....

Liked Location is convenient.

Disliked Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. Found strand of hairs on the bed (probably from previous guests) and pillow case had a stain and smells unwashed with oily hair smell. Parking space was horrible with insufficient parking. Literally first come first serve. Staff was disoriented and dismissive of inquiries.
